Proud of you for having the courage to step in to yourself in this way and in doing so you are helping others step into there own joy too!

It's like you have climbed into my mind and pulled out all the details that sit there, going round, unable to find a way to reveal themselves. Thank you. For your truly authentic, vulnerable way of writing. I for one can't wait to read the book 😁 xx

And I can’t wait for you to read it! Writing helps me reveal to myself what I don’t already ‘know’ about my experiences, and I trust that what emerges means something to those I share it with. But of course in most cases I never know if it does. So you reflecting back here, the impact on you as the reader is such a gift :) thank you

Yet again I find myself enthralled by your words and insightful human experience of things from the perspective that my soul understands and am all the better for doing so... Fresh back off retreat, feeling open in heart but jarred by the hardness of things in the real world, I feel a lot like a rabbit in the headlights... AAAARRRRGGGGHHH... Take me back to sanctuary... But that's what your words feel like. Sanctuary for my soul. A bridge from that world to this. Gently does it.

Now to go make a cup of tea and let the silence pour back in. One step at a time. Always. ☕❤️🌱🌳

Hi Ryan, I’m so delighted my story here feels this way to you. Truly. To borrow another ‘soul’ metaphor, writing it felt like eating a big bowl of chicken soup and reading this feels the same. May your landing back into the world after the sanctuary of your retreat be all you need it to be.
